Senior Sales Manager – High-Risk Payments | Remote
The client - a rapidly growing Payment Orchestration Platform expanding our commercial team and looking for a strong Senior Sales Manager to drive active merchant acquisition globally.
The client provides exclusive payment methods, competitive fees, and flexible solutions for high-risk verticals. We move fast, optimize quickly, and build for scale.
This role is for a true sales hunter — someone who knows how to find, approach, negotiate, and close new merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and acquire new merchants in high-risk industries (iGaming, Nutra, Forex, Crypto, Dating, etc.)
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
- Develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, networks, and industry partners
- Lead negotiations and close commercial deals
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Work closely with onboarding and account teams to ensure successful merchant launch
- Provide market insights and competitor feedback
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in PSP, payment orchestration, or high-risk payments
- Strong existing network in high-risk verticals
- Proven track record in active sales and merchant acquisition
- Fluent English and Russian
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Open to international travel
