Senior Sales Manager – High-Risk Payments | Remote

The client - a rapidly growing Payment Orchestration Platform expanding our commercial team and looking for a strong Senior Sales Manager to drive active merchant acquisition globally.

The client provides exclusive payment methods, competitive fees, and flexible solutions for high-risk verticals. We move fast, optimize quickly, and build for scale.

This role is for a true sales hunter — someone who knows how to find, approach, negotiate, and close new merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and acquire new merchants in high-risk industries (iGaming, Nutra, Forex, Crypto, Dating, etc.)
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
  • Develop strategic partnerships with affiliates, networks, and industry partners
  • Lead negotiations and close commercial deals
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events
  • Work closely with onboarding and account teams to ensure successful merchant launch
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in PSP, payment orchestration, or high-risk payments
  • Strong existing network in high-risk verticals
  • Proven track record in active sales and merchant acquisition
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Open to international travel
