Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network by acquiring new partners and managing long-term relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and increasing market presence across Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for new partners and sell the company's services and products to potential partners
  • Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and cold outreach via social networks to generate new partnership opportunities
  • Arrange meetings or calls with prospective partners

  • Work with the existing partner base and build long-term relationships

  • Business trips for in-person partner meetings

  • Train and motivate partners and p

    articipate in joint activities with partners (seminars, webinars, conferences, expos)
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate solutions

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities in the market

  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors activities in affiliate marketing
  • Report to the Deputy of Asia Division and Head of Partnerships on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Manage partner profiles in the CRM system daily

  • Achieve assigned KPIs and complete tasks

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in sales/partnership management (FX & CFDs experience is preferable)
  • Mandatory sales experience, cold outreach skills, and negotiation soft skills

  • Ability to handle multitasking

  • Good communication skills in Malay and English
  • Good analytical skills
