Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services to potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our insurance products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify potential sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
