Freelancer (Voice recording)

Position Overview:
We are seeking native Singaporean (only natives) to join our team as Freelance  voice recorders. The role involves contributing to a speech data project by recording audio data. Participants will read 780 sentences in a natural and fluent manner. This task is expected to take approximately 2 hours to complete.
Responsibilities:

• Record 780 sentences as per the provided script in Singaporean English.
  
• Deliver natural and fluent speech recordings.
  
• Maintain a reading accuracy of at least 95%.
  
• Annotate and ensure the quality of the recorded data.
  
• Perform the task in a quiet environment to ensure clear audio quality.
  

Requirements:

• Native speaker of Singaporean English with a natural accent.
  
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining high data accuracy.
  
• Access to a quiet space for recording to minimize background noise.
  
• Ability to complete the task within the given timeline.
• Speakers will need to have 2 devices. Mobile phone + laptop or Mobile phone + Ipad. 
• The phone should have Oceanspeech recording APP + laptop/iPad should have Zoom

Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
Compensation: SGD40 for 2 hours
