About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for an innovative Online FX & CFDs Trading platform. This pivotal role is based in Thailand and requires a marketing leader with a strong background in the Online Gambling, Trading, or Online Gaming industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 360-degree marketing with a focus on lead generation, branding, and events, particularly within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:
- Craft and execute a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Generation:
- Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns tailored to the Online FX & CFDs Trading market, with a focus on the APAC region.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Brand Management:
- Strengthen brand positioning within the competitive online trading landscape.
- Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to elevate brand presence and engage with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to create impactful event strategies that drive business growth.
- APAC Market Focus:
- Lead marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on the APAC region, tailoring strategies to local market nuances and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure marketing efforts resonate with target audiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Industry Experience:
- Proven marketing leadership experience within the Online Gambling, Trading, or Online Gaming industries.
- In-depth knowledge of 360-degree marketing strategies, including lead generation, branding, and event management.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese.
- Proficiency in English is also required.
- Regional Expertise:
- Extensive experience in marketing within the APAC region, with a deep understanding of local markets and consumer behavior.
- Leadership and Management:
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
