We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Retention Manager to join our clients team in the retail FX & CFDs trading sector. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening client relationships, improving retention, and delivering tailored insights that enhance the overall client experience. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance, enjoys engaging with clients, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What will you do:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and execute strategies to reduce client attrition and enhance brand loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Gather, analyze, and act on client feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
- Monitor and review client account activities, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Keep clients informed of market trends, trading opportunities, and potential risks, offering informed guidance when needed.
- Stay abreast of global economic developments, market movements, and industry updates to deliver timely and relevant recommendations.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or retention preferably within the Forex or financial services industry.
- Good understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically and respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
