Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our growth strategy in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FX & CFDs industry with at least 5 years of managerial experience in a business development role. This individual will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

What will you do:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the Malaysian market.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals and ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize client acquisition and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade expos.

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a Business Development role within the FX & CFDs industry.
  • Strong network and connections in the FX & CFDs sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
