We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our client's marketing efforts across the European market. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with deep experience in multi-channel marketing within the FX & CFDs sector. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, driving brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads across various regions in Europe. What will you do:

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies tailored for the European market specifically Italy, UK, Germany, France, and other growth regions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and professional development of team members.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including digital, content, social media, email, affiliate, and public relations campaigns.
  • Localized Execution: Design and implement region-specific campaigns, adapting messaging and creatives to suit cultural preferences and regulatory standards.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend and ROI across campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards, implementing improvements based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer experience standards.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to enhance campaign quality and efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Growth: Drive lead generation initiatives and contribute to successful product and service launches across Europe.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regional regulations and industry best practices.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in the FX, CFDs, or financial services sector.
  • Proven success in managing multi-regional marketing campaigns across Europe.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, email campaigns, and public relations.
  • Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
