Senior Marketing Manager I FX & CFDs I Chinese speaker

Our client is a multi-asset trading platform with various global offerings to adapt to investors from all walks of life. Investors trading on our platform get access to 250+ CFD financial instruments, including Forex, Commodities, Indices and Shares.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target the forex trading community.
• Lead and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the forex market, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Enhance brand positioning through effective messaging, storytelling, and creative marketing initiatives.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through targeted campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI on marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet KPIs.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Who are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in marketing, experience in forex or fintech industry would be additional advantage.
• Strong understanding of forex markets and trading platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing and analytics tool.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
