As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive  ( Mandarin Speaker) - WFH to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the lending facilities.

Position

  • Telemarketing Executive  ( Mandarin Speaker) - WFH

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, explaining SME loan offerings effectively.

  • Educate prospects on loan purposes, financial benefits, and eligibility criteria.

  • Overcome objections and turn rejections into opportunities.

  • Identify and engage alternative decision-makers when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements :

  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products..

  • Industry Experience: Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred.

  • Familiarity with the Singapore market is a plus.

  • Strong objection-handling skills and a resilient mindset.

  • Proactive in finding alternative contacts when needed.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • SME Market Understanding: Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs.


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin is required  to effectively pitch and sell loan products.

  • Strong ability to negotiate terms, persuade clients and close deals.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Capability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.

  • Proficiency in using various sales techniques and methodologies.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and customer data.

Salary

  • Basic RM 3500
