We're looking for a Senior Creative Graphic UI UX to join our creative team, someone who combines strong post-production skills with a sharp design sensibility. You'll create engaging video content across YouTube, social media, and campaigns, helping to simplify complex FX and CFD topics and bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

What will you do:

  • Creative Strategy: Conceptualize, develop, and communicate the overall creative strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with brand goals and resonance with the target audience.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the development and consistent application of the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
  • User Experience (UX) Excellence: Collaborate with product, operations, and development teams to ensure that all UX and UI designs are user- centric, intuitive, and aligned with the overall product strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors to align the creative vision with business goals.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior creatives, providing feedback and fostering their professional growth.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques in both advertising and UI/UX design.

What make you a great fit:

  • 6+ years of experience in a senior creative role, either in an advertising agency or an in-house team.
  • Proven expertise in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing digital product design, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and collaborating closely with development teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and a passion for innovation. 
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Ability to create motion graphics and fluency in Mandarin to speak with mandarin speaking associates.
