About the job Business Development Manager I Forex I Taiwan Market
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for our retail Forex and CFDs online trading platform, dedicated to driving business development in the Taiwan market.
Key responsibilities include cultivating high-value client relationships, engaging Introducing Brokers (IB), implementing client retention strategies, actively contributing to marketing initiatives, and overseeing sales team performance and targets.
This role requires a seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics within this competitive landscape.
What will you do in this role:
Business Development:
- Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in the Taiwan market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Client Retention:
- Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Taiwan market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
- Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian financial markets.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication in English & Traditional Mandarin(Taiwanese) is a must.
