As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Sungai Petani as a Reporting Admin Intern, supporting daily operations and reporting functions within our logistics-related projects.

Reporting Admin Intern
Job Description

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal tracking and client submission.

Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to gather data and validate reporting information.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of reports and administrative materials.

Support general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field (internship placement).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.

Good communication skills in English and Malay.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to be based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
