As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Sungai Petani as a Reporting Admin Intern, supporting daily operations and reporting functions within our logistics-related projects.

Reporting Admin Intern

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal tracking and client submission.

  • Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and reporting tools.

  • Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to gather data and validate reporting information.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of reports and administrative materials.

  • Support general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, IT, or a related field (internship placement).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.

  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to be based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

Job Type

  • Internship

  • Monday to Friday (Normal working hours)

Allowance

  • Monthly Internship Allowance: RM700 - RM800
