As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Intern, providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Customer Experience sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Position

Customer Service Intern (English/Malay Written & Verbal, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chat.

  • Accurately obtain and record customer information in line with internal processes

  • Resolve customer issues or complaints with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction

  • Document and escalate issues through the internal system, adhering to the company SOP


Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Strong command of English/Malay both verbal and written

  • Previous customer service or internship experience is an added advantage
  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills, a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in office software and general computer operations
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type

  • Internship

  • Rotational shift, 5 days a week
