As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team, servicing one of the largest names in Pharmacy in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory replenishment, visual content creation, and quality control across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Customer Experience Specialist (Bukit Raja, Klang)
Job Description
Create and manage product listings across all platforms including marketplaces and online stores.
Check and update product packaging information to ensure accuracy.
Upload and maintain consistent product information across all platforms
Provide support to customer service and warehouse teams when required.
Handle Lazada and Shopee live chat requests.
Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure product listings, visuals, and inventory updates meet company and client standards.
Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or issues in listings, visuals, and stock data to ensure high accuracy and smooth operations.
Oversee return and refund requests, ensuring fair and timely resolutions. Handle disputes by retrieving necessary proof (e.g., requesting videos from the warehouse, contacting platform representatives, and following up on cases).
Verify and process returned parcels, ensuring required evidence (photos/videos) is documented for clarity and resolution.
Manage partial order cancellations, ensuring customers are informed of alternative solutions where applicable
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates may apply.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, quality control, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in creating product listings, managing inventory, and visual content creation.
Experience with the Magento platform is an asset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
