Sales Development Representative - (Mandarin Support)
Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.
Job Requirements
Proven experience with minimum 1 year as business development representative, telemarketer or similar sales & marketing. Experience with lending such as loans, SME loans, as well financial knowledge will be an added advantage.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.
Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Good time management and organisational skills.
SPM and above
Salary
Basic RM 4000 - RM 6000
