At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., we are a leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. As we expand, were seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service team based in Damansara City Mall.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.

  • Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).

  • Previous customer service/BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.

  • Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.

  • Proficient in office software and computer operations.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Job Type & Schedule

  • Full-time, rotational shifts

  • 5 working days per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM3,000/month

  • Performance KPI Incentive: Up to RM300/month
