Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our China expatriates stationed in Lembah Beringin. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative coordination, expatriate support, and office management.
Key Responsibilities

Assist China expatriates with day-to-day administrative and operational matters.

Coordinate temporary office setup, accommodation, and logistical arrangements.

Support visa applications, renewals, and relevant documentation processes.

Facilitate communication and coordination between departments and expatriate staff.

Manage office supplies, travel bookings, and other clerical duties.

Provide onboarding and settlement assistance for expatriate employees.
Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field.

Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Must be based in or willing to work in Lembah Beringin.
