About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business process outsourcing (BPO) or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), with proven experience driving new client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence globally.
This is a performance-oriented role suited for individuals who are passionate about consultative selling, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth within the outsourcing sector.
What will you do:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across BPO and RPO service lines.
- Conduct market research and lead generation to target potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and RFP responses to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with operations, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure successful service implementation and client satisfaction.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Contribute to strategic business planning, pricing models, and revenue forecasting.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of proven business development or sales experience within the BPO or RPO industry.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models, workforce solutions, and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven professional with a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing regional or APAC accounts.
