Part-time - 1099 Contract

Available for 1 or 2 days for 10 or 20 hours per week

Allentown, PA

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through on-site travel. These locations will be within 2 hours of your home. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
• Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
• Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
• OCS a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
