What You'll Be Doing

  • Build & Own the Market: Target, prospect, and scale a pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts across manufacturing and industrial verticals.
  • Land & Expand: Navigate complex buying cycles to turn six-figure initial deployments into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Confidently pitch and manage relationships end-to-end, aligning both C-suite executives and plant/operational floor managers.
  • Shape the Strategy: Partner directly with the CEO, Product, and Engineering teams to influence the US Go-To-Market strategy and product roadmap.

Role Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5–10 Years of Enterprise SaaS Sales: With a sweet spot of 5–7 years of high-performance closing experience.
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Sector Domain Expertise: (Must-Have) Direct experience selling SaaS, Industrial IoT (IIoT), or automation software into plant floors and factory environments. You understand operational buyers and industrial personas.
  • Early-Stage Startup DNA: Experience working within an agile, sub-100 employee environment (Series Seed through B) where you built a pipeline from scratch without relying on inbound lead generation.
  • Enterprise Deal Construction: A proven track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with 6-to-7 figure multi-site expansions.
