Job Brief:
Strong Force Staffing, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, is currently recruiting for the position of Hospice Clinical Director for a valued client agency in Bethlehem, PA. This is a dual role where the Clinical Director will also serve as the RN Case Manager until the agency reaches its expected census in the next six months. This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a $2,000 signing bonus. The final hiring decision will be made by our client agency.
This agency, an expansion that has been fully operational since January, has successfully transitioned patients from a facility to their homes to start the accreditation process, which is now fully approved. This is a unique opportunity for an RN ready to advance their career in a leadership role while providing direct patient care.
Key Details:
- Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Per Year, DOE
- Signing Bonus: $2,000
- Type: Field role (with RN Case Manager responsibilities until census is reached)
- Hiring Decision: Made by client agency
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide direct patient care as the RN Case Manager until the agency hits census.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for hospice patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Lead and mentor the clinical team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- License: Active RN license in Pennsylvania with no restrictions.
- Experience: Solid nursing experience required; in-home care and management experience are highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
