We're searching for a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to add to the Home Health team of our esteemed partner. In this crucial role, you'll plan and provide top-notch physical therapy services to clients in their homes, strictly adhering to the Plan of Care and Agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Idaho license, active and in good standing.
- Requires 1+ years of experience in a health care facility or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation, a good driving record, and current CPR certification.
