About the Role: Clinical Director (RN) - Hospice
We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate Clinical Director (RN) to lead a hospice team in Coeur dAlene, Idaho, with a focus on delivering high-quality, end-of-life care. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hospice clinical team, maintaining high standards in care quality and regulatory compliance.
- Patient-Centered Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient and their familys needs.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to state, federal, and industry standards for hospice care, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Mentorship & Development: Inspire and support the professional growth of clinical staff to uphold compassionate, holistic end-of-life care.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and chaplains, to provide integrated care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN required, MSN preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hospice nursing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Licensure: Active RN license in Idaho (or eligibility for Idaho licensure).
- Preferred Credentials: Certification in hospice or palliative care is a plus.
