Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards.
• Manage patient care services, including quality assurance, utilization review, and case management.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.

Certification: Active state license as a Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional.

Experience: Preferred 2 years in healthcare or medical management.

Skills: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills.
