Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Design and/or order appropriate adaptive/assistive devices.

Requirements

• Certification: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with no restrictions.
• Experience: Home health experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in therapy software and documentation.
• Physical Demands:
  • Full range of body motion and ability to lift patients.
  • Requires a current drivers license and ability to drive.
