This is a permanent, W2 leadership position offering competitive pay, full benefits, and relocation/sign-on bonuses (case-by-case basis).

Position Details:

• Location: Dallas, TX
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Day Shift)
• Salary: $84,849 - $127,274/year (based on experience)
• Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates
• Team Size: 79.2 FTEs
• Unit: Mother-Baby/Postpartum

What Were Looking For:

• Must have served as a Nurse Manager for at least 1 full year in the last 3 years
• BSN/MSN preferred but not required
• Acute care RN leadership experience in a Mother-Baby/Postpartum unit required
• Active TX RN license (or compact eligibility)
• BLS & NRP certification required
• Experience in a Magnet or Pathways facility preferred
