Position Overview:

  • Position Title: Outside Sales Representative
  • Industry Focus: Apparel Decoration, Promotional Materials, and Related Print/Textile Sector
  • Reporting Structure: Initially reports Sales VP
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Drive new business development (80%+ focus on hunting new opportunities).
    2. Identify and partner with apparel decorators, distributors, and other relevant channels.
    3. Attend 34 trade shows annually; leverage creative lead generation strategies.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams on product to and marketing initiatives.
    5. Maintain communication with prospective and current clients through phone calls, open houses, and events.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
    1. Bachelors' Degree or relevant experience
    2. Industry familiarity (e.g., apparel printing, promo, or textiles) preferred.
    3. Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
    4. Eagerness to share ideas and thrive with minimal micromanagement.
    5. Marketing experience or mindset is a plus
