Position Overview:
- Position Title: Outside Sales Representative
- Industry Focus: Apparel Decoration, Promotional Materials, and Related Print/Textile Sector
- Reporting Structure: Initially reports Sales VP
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development (80%+ focus on hunting new opportunities).
- Identify and partner with apparel decorators, distributors, and other relevant channels.
- Attend 34 trade shows annually; leverage creative lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product to and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain communication with prospective and current clients through phone calls, open houses, and events.
- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors' Degree or relevant experience
- Industry familiarity (e.g., apparel printing, promo, or textiles) preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to share ideas and thrive with minimal micromanagement.
- Marketing experience or mindset is a plus
