Position Overview:

StrataBuilt is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease. As an integral part of our office operations, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, coordinating office activities, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Support: Manage daily office operations, including organizing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal communication.

  • Document Management: Assist with preparing, organizing, and filing company documents, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and management.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and databases, assist in compiling reports, and ensure timely data entry.

  • Customer & Client Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Task Management: Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support cross-functional teams and contribute to the companys success.

  • Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office space to ensure a comfortable and efficient working environment for all staff.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Experience: 12 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred).

  • Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
