Specific Job Requirements:

  • Utilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principles develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the systems facility.
  • Attend pre shift and post shift crossover team meeting
  • Perform daily start up and shutdown procedures.
  • Repair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure.
  • Maintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the T.E.A.M. Systems facility.
  • Perform necessary in house projects. Keep and up to date log of the timing of these projects.
  • Perform any facility repairs as needed
  • Identify and correct any safety issues inside the systems facility.
  • Work with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources.
  • Complete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by Team Leader/Manager.
  • Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
  • Maintain and improve our 5S standards.
  • Embrace all principles of the Employee Charter.
  • Follow Team safety policy
  • Perform other task as assigned by Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Manager

Physical Job Requirements:

  • This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while sitting, standing, or walking a minimum of six (6) hours a day and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis and up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.

Educational Requirements:

  • An associate degree in a technical field or five years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
  • A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers.
  • Experience with six axis robotics.
