As the Business Operations Manager, you will be a pivotal leader within the firm, working closely with the co-founders to manage day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, tech-savvy, an exceptional leader, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership and Operations Management: 

  • Oversee all administrative and operational functions including banking, IT, insurance updates, payroll, vendors, HR. 
  • Create, implement, and refine operational systems and policies, ensuring efficient service delivery that aligns with the firm's goals. 

Team Development and Culture Building: 

  • Lead, mentor, develop and grow a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Create and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions. 
  • Maintain and enhance the firms culture, celebrating team milestones and encouraging community involvement. 

Financial and Performance Oversight: 

  • Manage the firms budget, optimizing financial performance and resource allocation. 
  • Create, monitor, and report on KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improve operational outcomes. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of client care and satisfaction. 
  • Handle client escalations with empathy and efficiency, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in management and operations or similar role, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. 
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 

  

Skills: 

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. 
  • Proficiency in office technology and software, including legal case management systems. 
  • Data and KPI driven.
