Our client is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as Operations Manager. The Operations Manager manages staff performance and provides managerial support, ensuring efficiency in processes, and providing regular performance metrics. You will be a flexible thinker and thorough trainer with a goal of delivering exceptional customer service.    

  

Responsibilities:    

  • Provide daily administrative support including workflow, staff coverage and supervision concerns.  
  • Manage, recruit and train healthcare support staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service.  
  • Develop and implement a standardized, frequent staff training on systems and customer service.   
  • Be a member of the privacy team to ensure patient health information is secure and protected.  
  • Work with leadership to implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with practice standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HR on-boarding / offboarding, etc.  
  • Work with and support administration, HR, legal, IT, facilities and finance management to ensure efficiency.  
  • Collaborate with leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel to accommodate the growth of the office.  
  • Enact contingency plans as needed; escalate and direct activities during systems problems, disasters, etc.; identify potential problems, troubleshoot, and escalate issues. Participate in analysis providing input for future process improvements.   

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, training and management   
  • Familiarity with the medical fields concepts, practices and procedures preferred   
  • Experience with effective management and leadership of staff  
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications 

Special Considerations: 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $89,528 - $111,911 annually.  

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
