Salesforce Architect

We're looking for a Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Youll play a key role in driving customer engagement, sales performance, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect with deep technical expertise and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.

What Youll Do:

• Design and lead architecture across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integrated platforms

• Translate business needs into scalable, secure CRM solutions

• Build advanced Sales Cloud features (e.g., lead/opportunity management, forecasting)

• Architect Marketing Cloud journeys, segmentation, and personalization (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)

• Oversee custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows), integrations (MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud Connect), and system performance

• Define governance, access control, and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor technical teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer

• Expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture

• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs

• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, CI/CD, Agile, and third-party integrations

• Preferred certifications: Application Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
