About the Role:
We're seeking a Lead IT Auditor / Team Lead to oversee internal audits for our operations, with a focus on IT, cybersecurity, and data controls. Reporting functionally to the IT Audit Supervisor and the Deputy CEO, you'll manage end-to-end audits, lead junior auditors, and help drive audit strategy and risk assessment initiatives across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support IT audits, assessing risk, control effectiveness, and compliance

• Supervise audit teams, guide planning, and ensure quality deliverables

• Communicate audit findings to management and support final report preparation

• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Operations, Risk) and support regulator interactions

• Participate in audit plan development and resource management

Requirements:

• 6+ years of IT audit experience

• Strong understanding of IT risks, internal controls, and regulatory standards

  Proficient in audit tools, data analytics (Excel, Python, PowerBI), and basic coding (Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools
