Job description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Enterprise Applications group, overseeing the management and support of multiple Salesforce Orgs within the company. In this hands-on leadership role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to define and execute the vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions. You will drive innovation, lead technical teams, and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with various business functions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading large-scale, complex Salesforce projects.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility in location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments, while contributing to the strategic direction and standards for new Salesforce solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of internal and external Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Provide architectural guidance to product and development teams, ensuring optimal Salesforce integration and administration.
- Conduct business and functional analysis, project management, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
- Spearhead new initiatives such as Salesforce Lightning and CPQ implementations.
- Lead data migration and cleansing efforts within Salesforce.
- Assist in training new and existing users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Monitor system metrics to identify trends in usage and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic business initiatives involving CRM, marketing, and sales operations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of APIs and web-based interfaces.
- Lead the development and support of integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Create training materials and deliver user training on Salesforce tools and functionalities.
- Collaborate with business teams and external vendors to provide ongoing support for business needs.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6 years as a Salesforce lead/architect supporting over 500 users in an enterprise setting.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and its ecosystem, including Service, Sales, Community, Marketing, and Analytics Clouds.
- Expertise in Visualforce, Apex, and the Lightning framework.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce API integration.
- Proficient in writing Apex triggers, Dataloader, and custom code.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and technology leaders to solve complex problems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver complex solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the capacity to lead multiple projects.
- Effective troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
