ABA Therapist

What Youll Do:

️ Work one-on-one with clients to implement personalized treatment plans
️ Use evidence-based ABA techniques to teach communication, social, and life skills
️ Collect data and track progress (Yes, charts are your new best friend )
️ Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members
️ Make therapy FUN while creating meaningful change!

What Were Looking For:

Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
Experience in ABA therapy or a related field (preferred, but well train the right candidate!)
Patience, energy, and a great sense of humor
Strong communication and teamwork skills
RBT certification is a plus but not required (we can help you get certified!)
