  • Champion a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruiting top technical talent.
  • Proven ability to scale hiring processes in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Experience advising leadership teams and collaborating with engineers.
  • Strong writing skills and organizational superpowers.
  • A network of trusted recruiters and agencies is a big plus.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, education and experience may be considered as substitutes for this requirement.
