- Own full-cycle recruitingfrom job postings and interviews to onboarding and integration.
- Partner with engineering leaders and executives to strengthen the employer brand and hiring practices.
- Build and refine HR policies, performance management systems, and professional development programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.
- Champion a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruiting top technical talent.
- Proven ability to scale hiring processes in fast-paced tech environments.
- Expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Experience advising leadership teams and collaborating with engineers.
- Strong writing skills and organizational superpowers.
- A network of trusted recruiters and agencies is a big plus.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; however, education and experience may be considered as substitutes for this requirement.
