The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and leading strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the organization. This role oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle and will manage a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior leadership to align hiring initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals
  • Partner with executives and department leaders to understand current and future hiring needs

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for executive and strategic roles

  • Enhance employer brand presence across platforms and channels

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, DEI metrics)

  • Manage recruitment budget and external vendor relationships (e.g., ATS providers, job boards, agencies)

  • Ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment strategies

  • Lead workforce and succession planning efforts in collaboration with HR leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in building and scaling recruitment teams and strategies

  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of functions and levels, including executive roles

  • Ability to lead with data and leverage analytics to influence strategy and decisions

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or combination of education and experience may be accepted
