Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
  • Perform system maintenance and coordinate hardware repairs.
  • Collaborate on complex issues and communicate resolutions.
  • Ensure IT security compliance and conduct asset audits.
  • Propose solutions for recurring technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors in IT / Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience in IT support & network technology
Experience: 2-3 years.

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using IT service management tools.
