Responsibilities:

• Training for software usage,new modules etc
• Support for all type of Software / Hardware / Network related problems
• Assisting Team Lead in testing of New Software releases/update and submission of testing results
• Helping Team Lead in preparation of data according to Regional 
• User Acceptance testing for software new modules, Bug Fixes etc.

QUALIFICATION
Graduation

EXPERIENCE
2- 3 years
