Job Summary: This role involves overseeing various aspects of operations and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient operation including Demand forecasting, invoicing operations, production planning, and distribution processes. Additionally, this role oversees the reporting for key performance indicators at a national level for business through Power-bi Dashboards. The ideal candidate will work in the business excellence team to ensure smooth operations across all geographies and creating opportunities for better business through sales competitions and incentive management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management (80% of how the day will look like)
1. Co-ordinate with all geographies on demand forecast and share with production team.
2. Monitor & follow up on production process to ensure efficiency, and timely production.
3. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
4. Co-ordinate with customer service manager and order to cash teams for timely order processing.
5. Connect with warehouse and dispatch teams for stock delivery alignments.
6. Optimize logistics and transportation to reduce lead times.
7. Designing sales competitions to be run at national level through effective identification of relevant KPIs that will add the most value to business.
8. Identification of opportunities to simplify and make operations more efficient.
Data Analysis and Reporting: (20% of how the day will look like)
1. Collect and analyze data related to nationally and generate reports to track performance metrics.
2. Managing the PBI dashboards and getting these updated timely.
3. Ensuring timely and effective data visibility to allow leadership team to action on it immediately.
4. Work with extended IT and cluster teams for developing reporting mechanisms. Develop systems for live secondary sales reporting.
