Marketing Officer
About the job Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Managing the marketing activities, creating the marketing presentations, collecting the data for analysis and reporting, and evaluating market feedback to create and implement campaigns and communicate with the data management team.
- Participating in the development of online and offline marketing and communications strategies, including budgeting and timeline management as needed.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints and reporting to operation.
- Responsibility for the digital media plan, Google Ads / Facebook Ads / SEO / SEM.
- Creating a variety of content on social media via Facebook, YouTube, Google, company websites, and others.
- Planning and managing a schedule of email marketing activity.
- Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with a graphic designer to create artwork for external or internal use.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in marketing roles is a plus (new graduate is welcome).
- Able to use any marketing tools, both online and offline, such as Ads manager, SEM, and SEO.
- Able to analyze data (Market trend, Performance to optimization).
- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Driven, Energetic, Analytical, and Forward-Thinking.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
