Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects across various departments, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile practices, and a foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and AI principles.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure timely achievement of milestones and project delivery within allocated funds.
- Financial Oversight: Track and manage project revenues and costs, ensuring optimal profitability. Implement cost-effective strategies and maintain a keen focus on budget adherence.
- Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify potential project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed required quality standards.
- Stakeholder & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, managing their expectations, and addressing concerns or conflicting requirements.
- Tech Delivery Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech Delivery Team to ensure a solid and viable project plan is in place and executed effectively.
- Methodology & Best Practices: Utilize knowledge of the SDLC and champion Agile practices, adapting methodologies as required.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with AI teams or specialists when projects involve AI components, ensuring that AI implementations align with project goals.
- Legal, Compliance & Cybersecurity: Secure necessary permits and legal documentation. Ensure projects adhere to all compliance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and industry standards.
- Continuous Evaluation: Regularly evaluate project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure success and alignment with company objectives.
- Resource & Time Management: Oversee project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Prior experience in Data Analytics, AI, or Predictive Analytics projects is a significant advantage.
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and AI integrations.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and standards.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Data Analytics, AI, and Predictive Analytics tools and methodologies.
- Financial Acumen:Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial tracking of projects.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Tools & Software:
- Proficiency in project management software tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
