Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, with exposure to client-facing responsibilities, recruitment, and HR administration. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal and client employee records

  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Participate in onboarding activities, both internally and for client companies, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.

  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare documentation, and assist in drafting reports.

  • Contribute to client projects by gathering information on best HR practices, market trends, and relevant HR policies.

  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations by updating policies and documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
