Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, with exposure to client-facing responsibilities, recruitment, and HR administration. Responsibilities:
Assist in updating and maintaining internal and client employee records
Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Participate in onboarding activities, both internally and for client companies, ensuring a seamless new hire experience.
Coordinate client meetings, prepare documentation, and assist in drafting reports.
Contribute to client projects by gathering information on best HR practices, market trends, and relevant HR policies.
Support compliance with labor laws and regulations by updating policies and documents as needed.
Requirements:
Recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
