Associate Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of our software solutions for our valued clients.

The Associate Implementation Specialist will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure a seamless transition to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the implementation team and clients to gather requirements, plan and execute the implementation process.

Assist in configuring software applications to meet client-specific needs.

Provide training and support to clients on how to use our software efficiently.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any implementation issues.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to implementation processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Prior experience in software implementation or technical support is preferred.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
