eCommerce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Expert to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our online sales strategy and optimizing our eCommerce platform to increase revenue and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and a proven track record of success in managing eCommerce websites.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth and increase conversion rates on our eCommerce platform.

- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales performance.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT, to ensure alignment in eCommerce initiatives.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

- Implement best practices for SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics to drive traffic to the eCommerce platform.

- Ensure the site is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and provides a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- Stay abreast of compliance regulations related to eCommerce, including data security and privacy laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management or related roles.

- Proven track record of driving eCommerce sales and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.

- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eCommerce operations.
