Role : AI / Machine Learning Developer 

Employment: Full Time Contract (Convertible to Permanent) 

Job Description:

Our client is an US-based software aggregator that uses AI and machine learning solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the high performing team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems for the company. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning algorithms and models

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and insights

- Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure

- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders

- Continuously optimize and improve existing algorithms and models

- Stay current with industry best practices and standards

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

- Min 3 years of working experience with strong programming skill 

- Must have hands on experience in AI / Machine Learning in forms of side project / working experience 

- Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written

- Expertise in multi-agent system design and implementation

- Proficiency with LLM orchestration technologies and agentic frameworks

- Python skills with experience in modern AI/ML frameworks

- Knowledge of distributed systems and data ETL at scale

- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and techniques in AI and machine learning
