This role exists to multiply one builder into a team. The Director engineers the acquisition system. You run it, feed it, and help it scale across every brand — with an engineering and AI approach, not a traditional marketing team.

What You'll Own
You run the campaigns and man the machine across all 8 Stayd brands. Email, SMS, Meta, Google — you're in the dashboards every day, launching, testing, killing, scaling. The Director builds the funnels, pages, and AI systems; you're the one who runs them, keeps them fed, deploys them across every brand, and reports what's working.
You don't wait to be told. You keep the machine running and own your slice of the number.
The Mandate:
- Keep campaigns live and launching across all 8 brands — nothing sits idle
- Hit lead-quality and cost targets, by brand and by source
- Use AI to do the work of three people — automate the repetitive stuff away
- Make every brand's campaigns measurably better, week over week
What You'll Actually Do
- Run the campaigns. Launch, QA, and manage email, SMS, Meta, and Google campaigns across 8 brands. Duplicate winners. Kill losers. Keep every brand straight — nothing bleeds from one into another.
- Run the systems, with AI. The Director builds the core AI systems. You run them, keep them fed, and extend them where you can. On top of that, Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex are part of your own daily workflow — you use them to automate reporting, spin creative variants, prep lists, and draft copy. The more you automate, the more you're worth.
- Feed the paid + organic engine. Get assets, audiences, and landing pages live fast. Support SEO where it compounds — Google Business Profiles, local search, content that ranks — so paid spend isn't the only lever.
- Own the data. Every campaign tracked, tagged by source, and reported. Dashboards current. If a number looks off, you catch it before the Director asks.
- Run the testing system. Every campaign, page, and offer is a hypothesis. You launch them, log what you learn, kill what doesn't work, and feed the playbook. It grows every month.
Who You Are
You're a marketer who moves fast. You've run real campaigns and gotten real results — not in theory, in dashboards.
You already use AI in your work, and you want to use it more. Maybe you've built a few automations; maybe you're newer to Claude Code — either way, you reach for AI before you reach for manual work. You think in systems: find the repeatable pattern, build it once, run it everywhere.
Four-person approval chains drive you crazy. "Let's schedule a meeting to discuss" drives you crazier. You want the rule to be: ship it, measure it, kill it or scale it.
Give you a dashboard with a number on it and you're happy. The number matters more than the title.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience running 3+ of: email, SMS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, direct mail — with results you can point to
- You use AI in your work and want to go deeper. Anywhere from some to a lot is fine — time in Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is a plus
- A systems mindset and real organization: 8 brands at once, nothing dropped
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail
- Fast, proactive communicator who flags problems early
Nice-to-Haves
- SEO chops — local (Google Business Profiles, citations) and content that ranks. Bonus, not required
- Background in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals
- Built funnels or marketing automations end to end
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, or light scripting

How We'll Work Together
You report to the Director of GTM. Full-time, remote, $1,500/month. You'll get the AI tooling and air cover to ship fast. Headcount stays lean — the bet is that AI lets you operate like a team of three.
Every brand needs more homeowner leads. The smart play across 8 brands (and eventually 20+) is one sharp operator who runs the system everywhere and automates everything that can be automated.
