Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the companys strategic vision and business plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand service offerings and client base
  • Implement best practices in tax advisory, planning, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in tax advisory and compliance
  • Lead and motivate the executive team and staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks, stay updated on changes in tax legislation and industry trends
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • Masters degree in taxation, Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certified Public Tax Accountant(CPTA) or equivalent certification (required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in managing a tax advisory firm or department
  • Extensive knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
