Job responsibilities:

  • To monitor workshop efficiency and productivity to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • To plan required trainings based on the technicians skills and certification status
  • To organize activities and monitor progress versus plan.
  • To support preparation of training materials
  • To ensure operations are carried out as standards and conduct evaluation
  • To support BP operation of official dealers to meet their goal.
  • To collaborate with the dealers on continuous improvement.
  • To conduct monthly meeting with dealers BP managers.
  • To collaborate with vehicle sales team on handling damage claims.
  • Any other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Skills required:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in Body Paint
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced English (Japanese is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Body Parts, Job Costing, and Estimates of Repairs can be advantage.
