About the job Automotive Workshop Coordinator
Job responsibilities:
- To monitor workshop efficiency and productivity to ensure key performance indicators are met.
- To plan required trainings based on the technicians skills and certification status
- To organize activities and monitor progress versus plan.
- To support preparation of training materials
- To ensure operations are carried out as standards and conduct evaluation
- To support BP operation of official dealers to meet their goal.
- To collaborate with the dealers on continuous improvement.
- To conduct monthly meeting with dealers BP managers.
- To collaborate with vehicle sales team on handling damage claims.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by management.
Skills required:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Body Paint
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English (Japanese is a plus)
- Knowledge of Body Parts, Job Costing, and Estimates of Repairs can be advantage.
